Elderly project

Our elderly befriending service provides a one to one befriending service for lonely and isolated elderly people in their own homes.  We recruit volunteer befriender who are the backbone to this project.  Throughout the year we also run various trips and parties for lonely elderly people in the community; this gives them a chance to engage in social activities with in a relaxed and fun environment.  You can read some volunteer reflections on this project in the Blogs section.
